The hard disk of your set-top box is full and you may need to delete old recordings to make space available for new recordings. On the main menu select "Settings" then select "Disk Manager"

I have a problem viewing a Video on Demand movie I purchased, what do I do?

Your rented videos will be available in "On demand" under "My Rentals". Videos have an expiry date, and it could be that the expiry date has passed.

The TV picture appears to be too small or too stretched?

Please change the settings of your TV set and adjust the viewing aspect ratio.

Not all TV channels are available?

I cannot watch catch up programs, what do I do?

Some programs are not available on catch-up TV. While browsing through the program guide you will see "Catch-up Available" indication for available catch-up programs in the program information panel at the bottom of the TV guide .

Can I transfer videos out of the set-up-box?

No, all recording on the set up box are digitally secured and cannot be moved to another set up box or a PC

I cannot watch a YouTube video?

YouTube content is monitored by the Saudi Telecom Regulation (CITC) and unsuitable content will be blocked. In such cases a notification message will appear.
