Can I program my STC remote control to operate my television?

Yes you can. You can control your TV, DVD player and other auxiliaries such as the sound system from one remote control. Please refer to the remote control user guide to set-up your remote control to control all these devices

How can I watch Live TV?

You can watch Live TV by pressing the "Menu" button on your remote control. On the main menu select "Live TV" than select "TV Guide" Or you can press the "Guide" button on the remote control to go directly to the TV guide

How can I order Video On Demand?

You can order Video On Demand by pressing the "Menu" button on your remote control and then selecting "On Demand" or by pressing the "On Demand" button on your remote control.
You can choose Cinema On Demand, Movie On Demand, TV On Demand, or Series On Demand and then navigate through the videos to select the video of your choice
To rent the movie, press the "Play" or "Download" button

How can I reach to my favorite channels?

You can view your favorite channels by pressing the "favorite" button on your remote control, the one with yellow star.

How can add a channel to my favorite channel list?

To add a channel to your favorite channels list. Press "Menu" from your remote control. On the main menu select "Favorites". You can manage your favorite list by adding and deleting channels

How can I switch between Invision and Satellite channels?

How can I search for programs?

Press "Menu" from your remote control. On the main menu select "Search" and then "TV search" or "On Demand Search". You can then select the search option, enter your search and press the "Search" button

How can I display subtitles for Video On Demand and TV channels?

Press "SUBTITLES" button on the remote control. Using the "SUBTITLES" button you can switch on/off the subtitles and toggle between all the available subtitle languages

Can I control what TV programs my family can watch?

Invision allows you to apply different parental controls to different user profiles. You press "Menu" from your remote control and then select "Settings" and then "Parental Controls" and enter the Master PIN
To control ratings of programs and videos, you should first choose the user profile for which you want to setup parental controls. Choose the ratings that you want to lock and press "OK" on your remote control. You will see the lock icon next to the rating. Select the ratings to be locked and all the programs and videos of that rating will be locked
To control channels, select the channel that you want to lock and press "OK" on your remote control. You will see the lock icon next to the channel.
Finally, press "Save" button

How can I change my PIN?

Press "Menu" from your remote control. On the main menu select "Settings" and then select "Users Profiles". You can change the password by selecting "Change password"

How can I change the program language?

How can I record programs?

Recording individual programs is available in Satellite mode. To Record a program press "REC" button" on the remote control.

Can I change my TV package?

Where can I see my Invision bill?

Press "Menu" from your remote control. On the main menu select "Account Management" and then select "Bill Query"

How do I connect my STB to get the satellite dish channels and the IPTV channels?

Make sure that the Satellite dish cable is connected to the set up box. To set up the satellite channels, switch on the Satellite mode by pressing the "IPTV/SAT" from your remote control. In the main menu select "Satellite Setup" then select "Antenna Setup"

How can I view my movie rentals from Invision?

On the main menu select "On Demand" then select "My Rentals" to view your currently rented movies

How many times can I watch a downloaded program?

You can watch the movies for unlimited times during the rental duration

How do I search for a movie?

Press "Menu" from your remote control. On the main menu select "Search" and select "On Demand Search". You can search for a video by title, keyword, actor, genre, and director

How can I watch a TV program that was aired 3 days ago?

Invision brings you the unique feature of catch-up TV for the past 7 days. Press the "GUIDE" button on the remote control, use the "REW/FF" buttons on the remote to go back 24 hrs, and then choose the program time by navigating right and left on the channel schedule and then pressing OK on the selected program. You can return to Live TV by pressing "EXIT" on your remote control

How can I change the TV channel?

While you are watching Live TV press the (CH +/-) on remote control or by using the navigational keypad arrows (up and down) and then press OK on the selected channel.
