It also provides a large selection of on demand movies and TV shows, ranging from the latest Hollywood blockbuster to great classics. Finally, you can rest assured knowing that you have full parental control of content aired on TV or through the on demand library. Invision will change the way you watch TV

How do I subscribe to invision?

You can subscribe to Invision by calling STC customer care center 907 or visiting your nearest STC sales office or Khadamaty website.

Where is the service available?

Invision is available in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Abha, Jizan,Jubail, Al-Ahsa Buridah, Onizah and Jouf. Other cities are coming soon.

What do I need to have the service?

Customers would require an internet line that supports the service within covered area and subscribe to STC's broadband services.

What are the benefits of Invision compared to Satellite Dish TV?

Invision is an advanced digital TV that is transmitted using STC's state of the art fiber network. This enables a more interactive TV services like catch-up and On Demand TV that satellite can not offer.

What kind of TV is required?

Invision works with all modern TV sets. However to enjoy high quality picture we recommend to experience Invision with HD enabled TV and using HDMI cable between your set up box and your TV.

What are the packages offered by STC?

Invision offers two different packages: Invision Basic, Invision Naqaa. A multitude of premium ad-ons can also be purchased to complete your needs. For more information call STC's customer care on 907

How much do the packages cost?

Can I select a channel of my choice from a package?

The channels have been selected to suit your needs. You can select your favorite channels by using the favorite channel list feature.

Do I need a separate subscription for each TV?

What happens if my line does not support The service?

Is there a time Commitment to stay on service before cancellation?

No there isn't. In case of cancellation the cost of the Set Top Box will be added to your final bill. For any additional question refer to your service policy.

What is YouTube on Invision?

It is an interactive feature where you can access all of YouTube content on your TV screen. You can control all videos though your remote control.

Is there any service fees for the YouTube?

YouTube is offered free of charge to all Invision subscribers.

What I need to use YouTube?

You need to activate YouTube from the parental control menu.

What is Shashati?

It is a service that will allow you to view a selection of best of all time movies and TV programms with a monthly subscribtion. Videos will be updated perdicaoly with new titles.

Is there any service fees for Shashati?

We bring Shashati with two packages: 1) Shashati Aflam 25 SAR per month 2) Shashati Kids 25 SAR per month.

How can I subscribe to Shashati?

Will my internet browsing speed be effected when Invision is activated?

You can surf the Internet and watch satellite channels at the same time, as Invision will not affect your Internet speed.
